Intensive outpatinet services
The clinic will support patients in maintaining the progress achieved during their inpatient hospitalization, thereby reducing the recidivism rate.
The program objectives are to:
- Treat each consumer with respect and dignity.
- Assist each consumer in setting personal goals and actively participating in their recovery planning process.
- Prevent psychiatric and inpatient substance abuse hospitalization.
- Help each consumer manage their illness(es) to avoid psychiatric hospitalization.
- Enable each consumer to acquire the skills necessary to live, learn, and work in the community as independently as possible.
- Provide emotional, educational, and case management support in a safe, clean, dignified, and therapeutic environment.
- Affirm each consumer’s strengths and abilities, fostering a sense of community and social support within the program
